Parents are their children's first and best teachers. Mothers and fathers are the foundation. It can be easy, at the end of a long day, to send kids home without talking to parents about their progress. But this does not empower parents. This course focuses on helping parents take charge and feel informed about the learning environment and their child's progress.

Jill Bertelsen

Jill is the founder of Bertelsen Education, an online continuing education platform that provides training for both teachers and parents, to create consistent attention. Jill has a Bachelor of Science in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University – Idaho. She is a Certified Gentle Sleep Trainer, Potty Training Trainer, and is a Family Educator. He has mentored more than 200 families through these critical milestones and in their transition to parenthood. Jill is married to Justin and they have 3 beautiful children.
