Pearl Loftlin

Pearl Loftlin grew up like a military child, living in multiple states. She graduated from high school in St. Petersburg, FL and from there went on to Florida A&M University. Here she majored in Psychology with a minor in Early Childhood Education, graduating with her Bachelors degree in 2000. When she was not studying, she became one of the founding members of the Psi Beta Chapter of Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority, INC.
For the past 22 years, Pearl has worked every position with a Child Development Center, worked as a 3rd Grade teacher, and in an administrative position in a public charter school, and received her Masters in Education in Early Childhood Education specializing in Curriculum and Instruction.
Out of all of her experiences and positions, she enjoys training educators the most. Which is why in 2021, she started her own training company, Moving Forward Training Solutions, LLC. Here she is able to provide training, build, and advocate for early childhood educators. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, game nights, and spending time with her daughter and family.
