Behavior Management
This class will teach about behavioral management and how to apply the things learned in this class to children. There will be strategies and tips on how to apply behavior management to the classroom. There will be discussions about discipline and how to have no drama when it comes to discipline and the difference between timeouts vs. time ins.
Meet the instructor
Megan Harrison
Megan Harrison graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho in December of 2021 with a focus in marriage and family studies.
Megan worked as a respite care provider, working with children with disabilities which helped her to gain hands on knowledge and understanding of childcare. This gave her many opportunities to combine her education with hands-on experiences which prepared for her many future events. Megan volunteered in Oregon for 18 months teaching and working with many people coming from a wide variety of backgrounds.
She is a wife, a mother to 2 dogs who are the center of her life and is expecting her first baby girl. Megan is originally from Pennsylvania, but recently moved to North Carolina.
